Gary B. Crouch – Principal and Managing Partner

Mr. Crouch is Managing Partner of ADR Partners, Inc. which operates exclusively as a principal investing in commercial real estate assets. ADR is focused on acquisitions in high profile markets in Florida, Texas and California with a special emphasis on complex transaction. ADR’s portfolio has consisted of office, industrial, retail and residential assets. Mr. Crouch has held several top executive roles in real estate organizations including Fortune 500 companies and has actively directed in excess six million square feet of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Crouch’s family for two generations has been active in the petroleum industry with significant reserve holding in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma and has operated a beef cattle operation ranching in excess of 33,000 acres.

Prior to forming ADR, Mr. Crouch was a Real Estate Manager for Wagner and Brown, a Forbes 400 partnership and Insilco Corporation, a Fortune 500 conglomerate. Combined, these entities included such companies as Rolodex, Sinclair Paint, Taylor Publishing with a combined multi-state portfolio of over 4 million square feet of facilities.

Prior to Mr. Crouch`s association with Wagner and Brown and Insilco Corporation, he served as Acquisition Manager and Asset Manager for ClayDesta Corporation owned by Clayton W. Williams, Jr., Texas Gubernatorial Candidate.

Prior to ClayDesta Corporation, Mr. Crouch served as Regional Asset Manager for Asset Plus Corporation, which was ranked as the 100th largest Asset Management Company in the nation.

Mr. Crouch received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations.


Craig Edland

Mr. Edland has years of experience in the Information Technology Industry and has held director and senior management positions in start-up companies through Fortune 100 companies. He has also served on several advisory boards and councils for Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Bay Networks, 3Com, Sun Microsystems, and Hewlett Packard. Mr. Edland holds several technical certifications and has completed in excess of $100 million in investment transactions in technology related companies.

Prior to becoming a partner with ADR, Mr. Edland was the General Manager/Practice Director for the Dallas branch of Xerox Connect, a division of Xerox Corporation. Mr. Edland was responsible for leading a team of over 60 professionals in providing Fortune 500 companies information technology solutions.

Prior to Xerox Connect, Mr. Edland was the Director for the Texas region of IKON Technology Services, a division of IKON Office Solutions. Mr. Edland was responsible for the development of IKON Technology Services in Texas, which was primarily created through acquisitions. Mr. Edland also served on IKON’S national strategic planning committee.

Prior To IKON Technology Services, Mr. Edland was the Vice President of I3S, Inc., an internet service provider and systems integration company. Mr. Edland was responsible for the development of the I3S internet business, which specialized in providing corporate customers high speed internet access as well as a host of other internet/intranet solutions.


Cesare Antonini

Mr. Antonini has a deep and global experience acquiring, analyzing and managing distressed corporate and consumer credit portfolios and real estate investments.

Prior to joining ADR Partners, Mr. Antonini was an executive director with OMA Advisors. OMA Advisors was the operating partner to ALDA Capital Holdings, a U.S. based family office investment vehicle focused on the financial services and energy industries.

Before OMA Advisors, Mr. Antonini was a director within the Structured Real Estate Capital group (SREC) of ABN-Amro Bank overseeing the valuation, structuring, pricing and general due diligence process for the acquisition of a major asset-servicing platform.

Prior to joining ABM-Amro Bank, Mr. Antonini was a director with D.B. Zwirn & Co., a U.S. based global alternative investment manager and merchant capital provider, underwriting non-performing loans, both real estate-backed and unsecured, and distressed investments.

Before D.B. Zwirn & Co., Mr. Antonini was a risk underwriter for GE Real Estate, the real estate arm of GE Capital, in Italy, in charge of valuing, modeling and underwriting all large-scale real estate and non-performing loan transactions. Mr. Antonini worked exclusively with the distressed real estate acquisition team on a EUR 600MM portfolio acquisition.

Prior to joining GE Real Estate, Mr. Antonini was an associate with Archon Group in France and Italy. Archon Group is a fully owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs International, specializing in the acquisition, management and disposition of real estate investments. Mr. Antonini’s key responsibilities included structuring and performing due diligence for the acquisition of real estate and non-performing loan portfolios for more than EUR 1 BLN for the Whitehall private equity funds in conjunction with Goldman’s UK-based Real Estate Principal Investment Area (REPIA).

Mr. Antonini holds a Civil Engineering Degree from the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of the University of Trieste, Italy.
